Tuna tartare nachos and crab and shrimp dip to start. Burgers on brioche with Nueske's bacon. Poke and Korean beef bowls when you want to keep it light, an eight ounce filet and Oliver IPA battered fish 'n' chips when you don't. Smith Island cake to finish, straight from the island.

95 pours at last count, from Buffalo Trace to Pappy Van Winkle 20. Kentucky bourbon, American craft, rye and Scotch, poured neat, on a large cube, or built into an old fashioned.
Cocktails
A toasted bourbon carajillo old fashioned, a smoked Manhattan, a Key lime pie margarita, and a cold brew espresso martini poured on nitro draft.
On draft
Oliver Brewing Co., brewing in Maryland since 1993, leads a draft list that runs from Social Lager to a pastry stout, with Chesapeake Cider on too.
Wine
A short, well kept list by the glass and bottle, and $15 flights of three pours when you can't pick. Half price bottles every Tuesday.
Pig in the Park
An afternoon of bourbon tasting and a whole roasted pig with all the fixins, rain or shine. Every ticket includes:
- Ten bourbon and whiskey pours of your choosing
- The roasted pig buffet
- Live music and a souvenir glass
- A raffle ticket for the gift basket, with extra tickets benefiting Special Olympics Maryland
Supply is limited, so get your favorites first. ID required for every ticket at entry. Tickets are non refundable.
Bourbon dinners and barrel picks
Seats and bottles are limited and usually go fast. The mailing list hears about them first.
